These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) apply to all orders placed on ateliermaude.com by non-professional customers (consumers within the meaning of applicable consumer law).
Atelier MAUDÉ reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time. The applicable T&Cs are those in force on the date the order is placed.
The products offered are wool and cashmere coats crafted in Suzhou, China. Photographs and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the product received (colour rendering varies by screen).
All prices are shown in euros (€), inclusive of all applicable taxes. Atelier MAUDÉ reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable is the one displayed at the time the order is confirmed.
Promotional offers are valid while stocks last and for the duration indicated on the website.
By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have read and accepted these T&Cs. The sale is concluded on the date payment is confirmed.
Atelier MAUDÉ reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a supply problem, a prior dispute, or suspected fraud. The customer will be informed by email and fully refunded.
A confirmation email summarising your order will be sent to the address provided at the time of purchase. Please keep this email as proof of purchase.
Payment is made online in a secure environment. Accepted payment methods are:
Payment is processed via our secure payment provider Stripe. Payment data is transmitted in encrypted form and is neither processed nor stored by the Vendor.
Your account is charged at the time the order is confirmed.
Orders are dispatched from our partner workshops. A tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as your order has been shipped.
Delivery takes 15 to 21 business days from the date your order is confirmed, depending on your location.
We ship throughout the European Union. Shipping is free to France and Belgium; for other EU countries, shipping costs are shown before checkout.
Shipping is free for all orders delivered to France or Belgium.
If you are absent at the time of delivery, a delivery notice will be left. It is the customer's responsibility to collect the parcel within the timeframe indicated by the carrier. Atelier MAUDÉ cannot be held liable for delays caused by the carrier or by circumstances beyond our control.
In accordance with applicable consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order, without having to give any reason.
Atelier MAUDÉ grants you 14 days from the date of receipt to return your item. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
To initiate a return, please contact us by email at lateliermaude@gmail.com, quoting your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you the return instructions.
A refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned parcel, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
All our products benefit from the statutory guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects under applicable Belgian and EU consumer law.
If a conformity defect is identified within 2 years of delivery, you may request repair, replacement, or a full refund of the product.

Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute shall be submitted to the competent Belgian courts in accordance with ordinary procedural rules.
